If a conversion fails and we cannot fix it, we refund the credit or the pack.

FAQ
- Which banks are supported?Any UK bank whose statement is a real PDF with posted transaction rows. If a layout does not convert cleanly, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
- Scanned PDFs?Yes. We use vision AI, so scans work provided the text is readable.
- How accurate is it?We reconcile opening balance plus transactions against closing balance. If the check fails you get the extracted rows plus a warning so you can review before importing.
- Do I need to sign up?No. The free statement uses a browser-local counter. Credits after that are tied to the browser via localStorage. Clear your browser data and you lose the counter.
- Can I get a VAT invoice?Yes, Stripe emails one automatically on purchase.
- Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent formats?Choose the layout on the download step. Dates in those layouts are DD/MM/YYYY (plain CSV and Excel use YYYY-MM-DD). Check the first import on a small file.
