Refunds and failed conversions

What if a conversion fails?
If a conversion fails and we cannot fix it, we refund the credit or the pack. Email support with the file name.

Do rejected files use a credit?
Password-protected PDFs and files that are not PDFs are rejected before conversion and are not charged.

What if rows are missing?
Tell us through support. We re-run the file and refund a credit if you paid.

Credits are stored in your browser via localStorage. If you clear your browser data or switch device, contact support with your Stripe receipt and we will re-issue.
